Gillian qualified as a PGA professional in 1995. She spent a number of years as Director of Golf at the National Golf Academy of Ireland, where she became a highly respected and sought after teacher. Gillian's approach to self improvement has taken her to many British and European teaching conferences, which bring together golf instructors, leading the way in the never ending search for improved golf tuition.

Gillian spent time as contributor and instruction editor to the "Irish Lady Golfer" magazine and has had a number of articles published in overseas magazines. Gillian has enroled in the PGA advanced diploma programme and this will see her become a Master Teaching Golf Professional.

In March 2004, Gillian qualified as Ireland's first NPL Sports Practitioner under the auspices of the PGA and will work with golfers of all standards to "Train the Brain". Gillian can be contacted at 01-2953312 or by email on gburrell@eircom.net
